Living Without Limits | National Geographic

Living Without Limits is a branded documentary series produced by Happenstance Films for National Geographic Creative Works and Bupa.

Filmed across four countries, the series explores what it truly means to stay mentally and physically well through the eyes of people living and working in extraordinary conditions. From a global rugby star in New Zealand and a pioneering wildlife surgeon in Scotland, to a National Geographic photographer navigating chronic pain, a flamenco dancer rebuilding her body after spinal injury, and an MBE-recipient offering haircuts and social connection to those experiencing homelessness, each story reveals a unique, deeply human strategy for managing stress, fear, pain, or isolation.

Shot with cinematic warmth, Living Without Limits offers up techniques that everyone can learn to manage the physical and emotional health impacts of living in the modern world.
